SRR Welfare Team

Looking after your mental health.jpg

If you are experiencing any mental health issues or believe any of our members to be struggling with their mental health, you can speak to the Welfare team in total confidence.

To further support our members to access the mental wellbeing benefits of running, remove stigma and get people talking about mental health we are wanting to identify some leaders to undertake some training to enable them to take on the role of Mental Health Champions.

Our champions will not be mental health professionals, but they will be supportive, approachable and non-judgmental and will signpost and assist our members in sourcing professional support with their mental health.

If this is something you are interested in helping us with, please contact (Name).
